My Wallet
I often get asked what’s in my personal wallet, so here it is. I have each card listed, along with why I have it, and how YOU can get it.
I also need to talk about my physical wallet. I absolutely LOVE my Ekster wallet pro. I love the rich brown leather, and I love how it holds all of my metal cards without damaging them as well.
The Gold Card
This card has credits:
$120 Dining Credit: $10 monthly at places like GrubHub, Cheesecake Factory, and Wine.com. (I use mine for GrubHub pickups!)
$120 Uber Cash: $10 monthly for Uber rides or Uber Eats.
$100 Resy Credit: $50 semi-annually for dining out. Date nights are now even sweeter!
$84 Credit At Dunkin’
$325 Annual Fee
This card EARNS:
4x points per dollar at restaurants (up to $25,000 per year)
4x points per dollar at U.S. supermarkets (up to $25,000 per year)
3x points per dollar on flights booked directly with airlines or through Amex Travel

This card is something that I call the “Rural Gold Card” because this is an earner, but it doesn’t rely on credits to mitigate the annual fee.
3X on dining, Groceries, AND Entertainment and Streaming?
Sign me up. All that and no annual fees.
The Capital One Savor
This could supplant my Amex Gold if I chose to go towards a low-annual-fee setup, but in the meantime, I use this for my streaming, as well as entertainment like concerts, sports games, and park tickets. It earns 3X on it all.
Bonus points: You can transfer your rewards to a Venture One, Venture, or Venture X to transfer those rewards out to transfer partners.
